Game description

The Evil Sect has entered the Seafood Region in pursuit of Sacred Pokemon. Your journey toward its championship takes you through Gyms, puzzles and side quests while that threat unfolds. This final English translation makes the FireRed-based adventure playable in English from beginning to end.

You can choose from 27 starters and four difficulty settings. Mega Evolution, Z-Moves, Dynamax and Gigantamax bring several battle styles into the same journey, while DexNav, shared experience and Pokemon Center services make finding and training a team easier.

Storyline

An Evil Sect is hunting the region’s Sacred Pokemon. Along the way to becoming Seafood Champion, you meet familiar faces, make new allies and take on the sect.

Features

  • Seafood Region: follow a new story as the Evil Sect pursues Sacred Pokemon and you work toward the regional championship.
  • Starter choice: select from 27 starters, including Pokemon from later generations.
  • Modern battles: Mega Evolution, Z-Moves, Dynamax and Gigantamax are part of the adventure.
  • Difficulty settings: choose Easy, Normal, Hard or Expert at the start; a level cap rises with badge progress.
  • Pokemon roster: Pokemon from Generations 1 through 9 appear alongside Hisuian forms.
  • Exploration: puzzles in Gyms and on the road accompany side quests that reward useful items.
  • Travel tools: four special items replace HM requirements for cutting, smashing, climbing and hammering obstacles.
  • Training and collecting: use DexNav, shared experience and the available TMs.
  • Pokemon Centers: access an item shop and NPCs for nicknames, move relearning, deletion and tutoring.
  • Final-version activities: added Legendary events, a Safari Zone and a reworked Beta Tower with prize choices.
