Game description

Pokemon Orange: Citrus Edition takes you across the Orange Islands for a completed Game Boy Color adventure by Neoma. The Orange Crew stands between you and the next stretch of the journey, with Cissy, Danny, Rudy and Luana appearing as battle opponents.

The single download archive contains two ways to play. Choose PSS for a Physical/Special Split and a more modern battle feel, or No PSS for classic Gen 2-style battles. The islands bring changing weather, animated sprites, updated battle effects and pink Pinkan Pokemon.

Storyline

Travel through the Orange Islands and face the Orange Crew, including Cissy, Danny, Rudy and Luana. Between their battles, the islands shift from sunny paths to rainy Butwal Island, snowy Mt. Navel and desert sandstorms.

Encounters: wild forms can be shiny, and the game allows you to catch a rival’s Pokemon, even using a Master Ball on Team Rocket.

Additional notes

Choose PSS or No PSS

The one MediaFire archive includes both choices. PSS adds the Physical/Special Split for modernized battles; No PSS keeps the classic Gen 2 approach. Pick the one you want to play.

Player options

Set the text speed, skip nicknames if you prefer, and use the built-in cheat menu for shiny, item, money and rematch options. These are game features, separate from external cheat codes.

Fixes in Citrus Edition

The release fixes crashes involving James’ Victreebel and Arbok, a Charity battle freeze, trainer Pokemon starting below full HP, Fly from the Town Map, shiny wild forms, and the Alolan Graveler and Cut issue.
